Cancellation Timeframe

Cancellations must be made 3 hours before the scheduled service.


Late Cancellations

No refunds for cancellations within 3 hours.


No-Show Policy

If customer is unavailable at location/time → No refund.


Company Cancellation

If we cancel:

✅ You will receive reschedule
✅ Or full refund if unpaid service
